First Year experience!!!

We are back and since this week I did not really have a very productive in terms of exercising or doing something that makes me happy because well Varsity is being varsity, and well I had a lot of assignments that I had to complete, and the first day after recess I will be writing a test HECTIC...

We will dig into my first-year experience at the University of Johannesburg. We all get this Picture that university is going to be perfect and you going to find love at first sight because that's what we see in Famous series such as "Grown-ish " and yes you get told in high school that you have freedom in varsity and that no lecture will be on your case regarding attending classes that varsity is all fun and vibes trust me it's not. You know your purpose why you went to Varsity so following trends and groups can put you in the pits and when you fail your modules you won't get your degree. Stay away from boys who will give you a baby before your degree.

My first week of Varsity was hectic as APK is one huge campus and I struggled to find classes because I was afraid to ask seniors where classes are because I felt like I would be considered small, so I acted big which was a mistake because I actually skipped a couple of classes because I was always smoking hubbly. I almost failed the first semester until I decided to join one of the day houses on campus and they actually motivated me to attend classes and be focused. You get to the day house and hear a student talking about how they doing their HONORS seeing them smile motivates you to push and get that degree so that you can get that bag in the future.

So parting is not everyone focuses on your books and stay away from drugs because they can be very addictive, and you won't be able to stay away from them. So, the best way to deal with stress is going to PsyCad they really help, and they helped through my academic depression phase when I felt like dropping out.

So yea first year is not a walk in the park if you don't know how to use your freedom. So, University experience comes once, and parties are always there. Make the right decisions while you still have time STAY SAFE and MUCH LOVE
